13.2 Validity of online classes.

13.3 Payment

Payment for courses must be made in advance. The student must have business hours (paid in advance) to be able to watch the class, if the student does not have business hours they must purchase a new package of hours (level or sublevel) to continue with a new class. The payment agreements made between the COMPANY and THE USER must be fully complied with and within the agreed time period. If this does not happen, any discount made will be revoked and the balance must be paid at its undiscounted price.

13.4 Returns

The student may request a partial refund of the remaining balance (paid business hours) in the first 7 days after payment has been made. If this condition is met, the partial refund will be considered favorable, minus the classes seen and the equivalent administrative expenses. at 15 percent in class packages of less than 16 hours and at 5 percent in packages for sublevels and complete levels and such refund will be made within the next 30 business days, otherwise if the claim is after the stipulated time ( 7 days) and the service has already begun to be provided, there will be no refund of money, but the student can continue using their class hours normally or transfer them to another person during the business period (1 year).

13.5 Recordings

In personalized and pair courses all our classes can be recorded, these recordings are additions to the Service at no cost and therefore Onparle is not responsible for recordings that have not been recorded, whether for reasons inherent to the platform or external.

It is totally prohibited to distribute or sell the videos, whether they are the recordings of the classes or any video from our YouTube channel or other platforms or social networks or any other content of Onparle for commercial or other unauthorized use.

In group courses and in webinar mode, class recordings cannot be made.

Classes are recorded for 8 days (1 week) then they will be deleted to free up space on our server.

Seeking the reservation and confidentiality of the data of students and teachers and in favor of the right to personal privacy, students and teachers cannot sell, promote, upload to the Internet, share on social networks, any of the recordings of the classes without prior notice. consent and authorization of Onparle.

13.6 Schedules

Students choose the times in which they want to have personalized classes or in pairs. When sending these times, they commit to attending punctually. They must be connected to the platform and in the virtual classroom 5 minutes before the start of the class. In group courses, the schedules and weekly intensity will be those proposed by Onparle and the student will not be able to request changes in schedules or intensity.

13.7 Postponement or rescheduling of online classes

In personalized and couple classes, the student can postpone their class. If they cannot take the class on the scheduled day and time, they can notify 3 hours (three hours) in advance to postpone it and thus be able to reschedule it. If the notice is made with less time, one hour of class will be counted as a view.

In group classes or conversation workshops, the student will not be able to postpone their class. Dates and times are fixed, designated by Onparle and announced on our website, there is no room for cancellations or rescheduling of classes. If the student does not attend, that class is assumed to be seen and the value of the class will be debited from the hours acquired.

13.8 Absence and class cancellations

For personalized and couple courses, the teacher will connect at the scheduled time and wait for the student for 15 minutes. If the student does not connect within this period of time, the student's absence will be counted and the class will be counted as view, the total duration of the class will be debited from your available hours and you will need to watch the topics at home or purchase additional hours to make up for the unseen class. If the student is late for class and notifies the teacher before the start of class or the 15-minute waiting period, the teacher will wait but will end the class at the stipulated time.

If the student cancels with less than 3 hours notice, 1 hour will be deducted from their available hours.

If the student gives less notice, one hour of class will be counted as seen or they can notify the teacher that they will be late and the class will end at the stipulated time without room to make up the lost minutes.

If the class is shared with several teachers and the student must cancel or reschedule, they must notify at least 3 days in advance and one hour will be counted as viewing.

In group courses the student cannot cancel their classes, if they do not attend the class the class hours will be debited from their acquired hours.

13.9 Class cancellation

If the student cancels more than two classes in a row, they will assume one hour of class as viewing, since at the beginning of the process a teacher was scheduled who will be available to give you the class.

In personalized courses in the event of a domestic calamity or medical excuse duly presented and sent to our email onparle.net@gmail.com the time will not be counted and will be rescheduled.

If the class is shared with several teachers and the student is going to cancel or reschedule, they must give notice 3 days in advance, because if they do not do so, one hour will be counted as seen if they do not notify with the required time.

13.10. Group courses

Group courses Onparle They do not guarantee the continuity of the course for the following levels since it depends on the number of enrolled, if the group disintegrates we can provide different options adapting the hours purchased to rates in couples or personalized courses.

In the webinar mode there is no room for cancellations or rescheduling of classes by the student.

13.11 Schedule changes

In personalized courses and in pairs, if the student wishes to change the schedule of any of their classes, they must notify 1 week (8 days) in advance to schedule the teacher. At any time the student can increase or reduce weekly intensity as long as he or she gives the required notice.

In group courses and webinars, the schedules and weekly intensity will be those proposed by Onparle and the student will not be able to request changes in schedules or intensity.

13.12 Technical problems

If the technical problems arise due to a general failure of our platform, classes will be postponed and a notification will be sent when the errors are resolved to resume the class. If the connection errors are on the part of the teacher, the teacher will recover the student's time you have lost. If the problems arise due to failures in the Internet connection of the USER (student) that prevent their connection or continuity on the platform or that continually generate interruptions, the class is assumed as viewed and the value of these hours will be debited from the balance, then review the topics at home without recovering the time lost for such reasons, since the teacher showed up to provide the service and the class time was available.

In the event of unforeseen events due to the teacher's absence, the class is postponed without any additional cost to the USER (student).

13.14. Bandwidth
