Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 4 of this Legal Notice, the use of certain services or requests directed to OnParle are conditional on prior compliance with the corresponding User registration.

All information provided by the User through the forms on the Website for the above or any other purposes must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and will keep the information provided to OnParle perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the User's real situation. 13.1 Modifications to the Conditions of Use

13.2 Payment

Payment for courses must be made in advance. The student must have business hours (paid in advance) to be able to watch the class, if the student does not have business hours they must purchase a new package of hours (level or sublevel) to continue with a new class. The payment agreements made between the COMPANY and THE USER must be fully complied with and within the agreed time period. If this does not happen, any discount made will be revoked and the balance must be paid at its undiscounted price.

13.3 Returns

The student may request a partial refund of the remaining balance (paid class hours) within the first 7 days after payment. If this condition is met, the partial refund will be granted, less the cost of classes taken and administrative expenses equivalent to 15 percent for class packages of less than 16 hours and 5 percent for packages by sub-levels and complete levels. This refund will be made within the following 30 business days. Otherwise, if the claim is made after the stipulated time (7 days) and the service has already begun, there will be no refund, but the student may continue to use their class hours normally or transfer them to another person during the validity period.

13.3 Conditions of Use for Private and Couple Courses

      • After this period, the contract will be terminated, and the COMPANY will not be liable for any claims or refunds. Any changes to class schedules must be notified in advance, as required by law. Failure to do so will result in the class being charged as a view, since both the resources and the instructor were available at that time.
  • 13.3.2 Recordings
    • In personalized and pair courses all our classes can be recorded, these recordings are additions to the Service at no cost and therefore Onparle is not responsible for recordings that have not been recorded, whether for reasons inherent to the platform or external.
    • It is totally prohibited to distribute or sell the videos, whether they are the recordings of the classes or any video from our YouTube channel or other platforms or social networks or any other content of Onparle for commercial or other unauthorized use.
    • Classes are recorded for 8 days (1 week) then they will be deleted to free up space on our server.
    • Seeking the reservation and confidentiality of the data of students and teachers and in favor of the right to personal privacy, students and teachers cannot sell, promote, upload to the Internet, share on social networks, any of the recordings of the classes without prior notice. consent and authorization of Onparle.
  • 13.3.3 Schedules
    • Students choose the times they wish to have their personalized or paired classes. Upon submitting these times, they agree to attend punctually. They must be logged into the platform and virtual classroom 5 minutes before the start of the class.
    • 13.3.4 Postponement or rescheduling of online classes
    • In personalized and couple classes, the student can postpone their class. If they cannot take the class on the scheduled day and time, they can notify 3 hours (three hours) in advance to postpone it and thus be able to reschedule it. If the notice is made with less time, one hour of class will be counted as a view.
  • 13.3.5 Absence and class cancellations
    • For personalized and couple courses, the teacher will connect at the scheduled time and wait for the student for 15 minutes. If the student does not connect within this period of time, the student's absence will be counted and the class will be counted as view, the total duration of the class will be debited from your available hours and you will need to watch the topics at home or purchase additional hours to make up for the unseen class. If the student is late for class and notifies the teacher before the start of class or the 15-minute waiting period, the teacher will wait but will end the class at the stipulated time.
    • If the student cancels with less than 3 hours notice, 1 hour will be deducted from their available hours.
    • If the student gives less notice, one hour of class will be counted as seen or they can notify the teacher that they will be late and the class will end at the stipulated time without room to make up the lost minutes.
    • If the class is shared with several teachers and the student must cancel or reschedule, they must notify at least 3 days in advance and one hour will be counted as viewing.
  • 13.3.6 Class cancellation
    • In private and couples courses, if the student cancels more than two classes in a row, they will be charged for one hour of class as a viewing, since a teacher who will be available to teach the class was scheduled at the beginning of the process.
    • In personalized courses due to domestic calamity or a medical excuse duly presented and sent to our email address contacto@onparle.net and with a copy to onparle.net@gmail.com, the time will not be counted and the course will be rescheduled.
    • If the class is shared with several teachers and the student is going to cancel or reschedule, they must give notice 3 days in advance, because if they do not do so, one hour will be counted as seen if they do not notify with the required time.
  • 13.3.7 Schedule changes
    • In personalized courses and in pairs, if the student wishes to change the schedule of any of their classes, they must notify 1 week (8 days) in advance to schedule the teacher. At any time the student can increase or reduce weekly intensity as long as he or she gives the required notice.

13.11. Terms and Conditions for Group Courses

  • 13.11.1 Start of the course:
    • Group courses of Onparle require a minimum number of enrolled students to start. Therefore, the start date may vary until the group is full. Once the quota is confirmed, Onparle will notify the final start date.
  • 13.11.2 Schedules and modality:
    • The schedules and weekly intensity of the group courses will be the following: proposed by Onparle and published on our website. The student you will not be able to request changes of schedules or intensity.
  • 13.11.3 Attendance and punctuality:
    • The student agrees to punctually attend group classes, connecting to the platform and in the virtual classroom. 5 minutes before the start.
    • 13.10.4 Recordings:
      In group courses Class recordings are not allowed by the students.
  • 13.11.5 Cancellations and rescheduling:
    • In group courses They cannot be postponed, cancelled or rescheduled lessons.
    • If the student does not attend a session, it will be considered as given and will be will be deducted from the purchased package.
  • 13.11.6 Student Commitment:
    • By registering, the student accepts the conditions described here and agrees to attend and actively participate in classes.
  • 13.11.7 Continuity of the course:
    • Group courses of Onparle We do not guarantee the automatic opening of subsequent levels, as this depends on the number of students enrolled. In the event that a group does not continue, we offer alternatives so you don't lose your investment. adjusting the remaining hours to couples' course rates or personalized classes, according to your preference.

13.12 Technical problems

If the technical problems arise due to a general failure of our platform, classes will be postponed and a notification will be sent when the errors are resolved to resume the class. If the connection errors are on the part of the teacher, the teacher will recover the student's time you have lost. If the problems arise due to failures in the Internet connection of the USER (student) that prevent their connection or continuity on the platform or that continually generate interruptions, the class is assumed as viewed and the value of these hours will be debited from the balance, then review the topics at home without recovering the time lost for such reasons, since the teacher showed up to provide the service and the class time was available.

In the event of unforeseen events due to the teacher's absence, the class is postponed without any additional cost to the USER (student).

13.14. Bandwidth

For the platform to function optimally you must have a minimum of 20 MB of download and a minimum of 10 MB of internet upload per user (for classes in pairs with 2 computers from the same site it must be double 40 MB).

18. OnParle Student Referral Program

The OnParle Referral Program allows current students (active or alumni) to receive free private lessons by referring new students who make a valid purchase of at least one sub-level.

18.2.Benefits for the referrer (who refers):

  • 1 referral who purchases = 1 free private class
  • 3 referrals who purchase = 4 free private classes
  • 5 referrals who purchase = 8 free private classes
  • 10 referrals who purchase = a sub-level of 16 free private lessons

? *Nota: Benefits are granted based on the level reached; they cannot be combined with each other.*

18.3.Conditions to redeem benefits:

  1. Benefits are delivered only when the referral has purchased at least one sublevel in any of our modalities.
  2. The referred student must provide the student's name and/or number when registering or during the purchase process. Failure to provide this information will result in the student's inability to receive the benefit.
  3. The benefit is applied exclusively in the form of class hours and It is not redeemable for cash, different services, or transferable to other students.

18.4.Validity and accumulation:

  1. Benefits are activated in the month in which the referral makes their valid purchase.
  2. Once activated, the benefit can be redeemed within the next 60 calendar days.
  3. Rewards cannot be combined with other active promotions or discounts.
  4. Referral levels are not cumulative: the student only receives the benefit corresponding to the highest level achieved.

18.5.Additional conditions:

  1. OnParle reserves the right to verify the validity of each referral and to approve or reject the benefit if irregularities are detected.
  2. This program is subject to change, suspension, or cancellation without notice.
  3. Benefits are subject to availability of schedules and spaces for private classes.

18.6.Wrong use:

  1. Referring to yourself or creating multiple personal accounts to try to gain benefits is not permitted.
  2. Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the program will void the benefits obtained and may lead to suspension of access to future promotions.
